After I told her about RSS and what it is, E. asked me yesterday to subscribe her by email so she can get my posts when they are published. =D
I will try to find also that feature then, for someone to be able to subscribe by email, not only with RSS. What is RSS
Before I do that though, for those of you who have Yahoo emails, it can be done manually in this way:
a) Go to Yahoo! Alerts
b) Create New Alert
c) In the URL, put this: https://drusillah.wordpress.com/feed/
d) Click on the “Receive by email” button underneath.
e) Done! =D
Then whenever I create a new post, you will receive it in your email. =) But you have to click on the title of the site to see the newest post, not the title of the post. I have a subscription like that, and it doesn’t work if you click on the title of the new post/page.
What other features do you think are necessary/nice for a blog? Share your ideas with me =D

I have a question for you, because mine has been driving me crazy.
On the home page, are your posts in chronological order either descending or ascending? Mine weren’t they were in completely random order, and then I found something and I thought it worked, but, if I scrolled down to a certain post, the next ones were in chronological order, but out of place. and then there are more on the bottom not it the right order at all. Did you manage to get them in the right order, or did you not have the problem?
It’s kinda annoying, because the first friend who I told about the blog told me one day that she hadn’t been on for weeks. and she was like, “sorry, but I’m not going to give you views if you aren’t writing anything!” and I got really frustrated cause I had been writign… alot.. (pout) so then she went on and she realised that they were all underneath… and in random order… (i hate chaos…) so this is kinda, scratch that, very annoying for me. I’m curious how you got yours organised, or if its not possible.
as for anything else… i dont know. I’vve more or less left mine as is as for features. I dontknow how to use the widgets and such 😛
Hmmm… They are chronological order, with the newest one being first. That’s weird, why does it do that to your posts? Hmmm maybe you can contact someone from WordPress? Could it be the skin? Mine have been that way from the beginning.
Well, you seem to be doing just fine! 🙂 You have a few widgets I see, so I guess it’s ok, no need to over clutter the sides as I’ve seen in many blogs 😛

Well, I am not much of a blog person so I do not know, but since it is Christmas, a pine tree and some stuff like that on the decoration might be typical/cliche, but I think that they are always worth it. 🙂
